TCAT Jackson Transcript Request Form

Instructions

To request your Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jackson transcript, please complete and submit the request form below.  Additional requests must be submitted for more than one address. 

Please note:

• Your request will typically be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding delivery.
• Any records dated prior to 1999 are archived and could take longer to process.
• Photo identification is required to pick up transcripts.
• Request from third parties and Education Verification requests require a copy of a signed consent form must be emailed to transcripts@tcatjackson.edu.
• If you have recently exited or graduated from the institution, transcripts cannot be sent until the student's account has been closed. This could take 30 business days after the last date of attendance.
